Positive: The apartment was wonderful! Very spacious and modern. Had everything that was needed for us!The post was very accommodating!
Negative: It threw me off that the apartment was right next door to a gathering place or possibly a rehabilitation center. People were hanging out out front that concern me. They did not bother us though. May not be the best place for a couple to come with young children.

Cute apartment in a great location.
Positive: Convenient location, charming apartment. Liked having a kitchen.
Negative: Stairs made check in and check out challenging. Distant parking. Dryer was broken with wet sheets left in it.

Newer fridge did not work. Notified host, no reply. Place is kind of charming. Some cute updates. Good bed. Not sure if the two air conditioning units are enough on very hot days.

Negative: The renters upstairs must've been warming up for a marathon. Not the fault of the rental company.
