Negative: The lawn needed to be cut I assumed it would be done but no one ever showed up. Otherwise our stay would have been perfect.

Clean, Comfortable, Cozy
Positive: The location is very convenient if you are staying in town for an event at Loras College or University of Dubuque. You do need a car if you plan on heading into the downtown area. It's walkable, but it is at least a mile or so.
Negative: The check out time of 10 am is a little on the early side. Getting our bags together, using the shower, and needing to ensure things are clean and tidy by a 10 am walk-out made me a bit anxious.

We liked it so much we will try to rent again.
Positive: The location, comfort, cleanliness and brightness of house.
Negative: No window coverings, squeaky bedroom door, Toliet seat needs to be tightened and bugs need to be cleaned out of corners.
