Positive: It was clean and in a good location. Negative: It was advertised as a two bath, but one was in the unfinished part of the basement with no privacy. The toilet was in a small "closet " with a curtain instead of a door.

Quaint clean and efficient little house. Positive: Nice, clean home. Centrally located. Nice amenities. Negative: It’s not really two bathrooms as I think was implied by the info. Bedroom doors don’t shut completely. Squeaky doors.
